Walk-in || Marketing Executive Interior Design | Modular Interiors

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing activities to promote Tejas Interiors Pvt. Ltd. and its interior design services.
• Visit gated communities, apartments, villas, residential projects and construction sites to generate leads.
• Identify potential customers planning new home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes and customized furniture.
• Distribute promotional materials and create awareness about the company's interior design services.
• Build relationships with builders, construction contractors, security teams, apartment associations and property owners.
• Collect genuine customer enquiries and contact details for interior design requirements.
• Explain the company's services and arrange customer appointments for the sales team.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales teams for lead follow-ups and conversions.
• Explore new residential projects and identify opportunities for business development.
• Submit daily field visit reports, lead details and marketing activity updates.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and field marketing targets.
• Travel within the assigned city and surrounding areas for marketing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Any graduate or 12th pass with relevant skills.
• Experience: 03 years in field marketing, field sales or lead generation.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field can apply.
• Experience in interior design, real estate, construction, furniture or home improvement is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable visiting apartments, gated communities and construction sites daily.
• Ability to interact confidently with homeowners and prospective customers.
• Knowledge of the local language and local market is preferred.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned location.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and maintaining lead reports.

Job Locations: Hyderabad, Kurnool, Nellore, Vijayawada and Bengaluru.
