Walk-in || Marketing Enthusiast (Website, E-commerce & Quick Commerce)

Role & Responsibilities

• Support website sales growth through SEO, performance marketing, email/WhatsApp campaigns and conversion improvements
• Help manage product listings, content and promotions on Myntra, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto and similar portals
• Assist in setting up and monitoring portal ads (sponsored listings, banners, search ads) and sale-event campaigns
• Track daily and weekly performance: spend, sales, ROAS, ACOS, CTR, conversion rate and CAC
• Prepare simple reports and dashboards with insights on what to scale and what to pause
• Research competitors, pricing, trends and keywords to find growth opportunities
• Coordinate with design, catalogue, operations and category teams to keep campaigns running smoothly

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in digital or e-commerce marketing (internships and academic projects count)
• Good understanding of how to scale website sales: traffic sources, funnels, landing pages and conversion basics
• Working knowledge of how marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms operate: listings, keywords, ad types, visibility and promotions
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read spend vs. sales data and decide the next step
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
• Clear written and verbal communication
• A genuine team player who shares credit, asks for help and supports colleagues

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Ads
• Basic Canva skills
• Exposure to Shopify or WooCommerce
• Hands-on experience with a seller panel (Myntra Partners, Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)
