Walk-in || Marketing Associate/Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
2. Generate patient referrals by regularly visiting doctors, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
3. Promote the hospitals medical services, specialties, consultants, facilities, and treatment options.
4. Conduct regular marketing visits and outreach activities within the assigned territory.
5. Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, medical events, and community outreach activities.
6. Identify new referral sources and develop long-term relationships with potential partners.
7. Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.
8. Follow up on referrals and maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, admissions, and conversions.
9. Collect market feedback and information about competitors, patient needs, and referral trends.
10. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, doctor visits, referrals, and business generated for hospital management.
