Roles & Responsibilities

• Support shop floor production and assembly activities.
• Operate machines and equipment under supervision.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist in inspection and documentation activities.
• Maintain 5S and workplace discipline.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
