Position: Management Trainee

Location: Across Ghansoli and BKC

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo a structured six-month training and on-the-job learning programme across various HR functions.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, L&D, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics and Employee Relations.
• Support day-to-day HR activities, projects and initiatives across the department.
• Upon successful completion of training and probation, confirmation and allocation to a specific HR function will be based on individual performance, interests and organisational requirements.

Eligibility:

• BE/B.Tech (First Class) Mechanical | Automobile | Production | EEE Or
• MBA/PGDM(Any specialisation)
• Age up to 25 years (born on or after Jan 2001)
