Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Maintenance

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of extrusion machines, CNC machines, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, etc.

• Diagnose mechanical failures and carry out timely repairs.

• Maintain alignment, lubrication systems, bearings, and rotating equipment.

• Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate with vendors. Electrical Maintenance

• Handle electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, troubleshooting.

• Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.

• Maintain wiring, MCC panels, control circuits, and safety systems.

• Support installation and commissioning of new machines.

Hydraulic Maintenance

• Maintain hydraulic power packs, cylinders, valves, pumps, and piping systems.

• Identify leakage, pressure issues, and system inefficiencies.

• Perform routine inspection and replacement of seals, hoses, and filters.
