Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using Cobol programming language.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to CICS transactions and resolve problems efficiently.
  
• Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
  
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution activities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-9 years of experience in Mainframes development with expertise in Cobol programming language.
  
• Strong understanding of CICS transaction processing systems and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  
• Experience working on IBM Z Series platforms (Mainframes) is essential.
