About this role
- Operate CNC Turning, CNC Milling, VMC (Vertical Machining Center), and HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) machines.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, offset correction, and first-piece approval.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Monitor machining parameters, cycle time, and product quality.
- Perform tool change, tool life monitoring, and minor machine adjustments.
- Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
- Maintain production records and daily output reports.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for continuous production.
- Ensure quality requirements are met as per customer specifications.
