Job Title: CNC Machine Operator FANUC Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines equipped with FANUC controllers.
• Set up machines, load workpieces, and perform tool setting and tool offset adjustments.
• Load, check, and make basic edits to CNC programs using G-code and M-code.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Perform machining operations and inspect finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine performance, maintain dimensional accuracy, and troubleshoot basic machining issues.
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and machine safety procedures.

Required Qualifications: ITI Machinist/Turner or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant CNC operating experience preferred.

Job Title: Lathe Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate conventional lathe machines for machining metal components.
• Perform turning, facing, drilling, boring, grooving, and thread-cutting operations.
• Set up workpieces, select cutting tools, and adjust cutting parameters.
• Read engineering drawings and work according to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Measure finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
• Maintain surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and product quality.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and follow workshop safety procedures.

Required Qualifications: ITI Turner/Machinist or equivalent technical qualification.

Experience: 2-5 years of lathe machine operating experience preferred.

Job Title: Shaper Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate shaper machines for machining flat surfaces, slots, keyways, and other profiles.
• Set up workpieces securely and select appropriate cutting tools.
• Adjust stroke length, feed, and cutting parameters according to job requirements.
• Read engineering drawings and maintain specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments.
• Ensure proper surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.

Required Qualifications: ITI Machinist or relevant mechanical trade qualification.

Experience: 2-5 years of shaper machine operating experience preferred.

Job Title: Planer Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate planer machines for machining large and heavy workpieces.
• Set up, align, and clamp components securely on the machine table.
• Select cutting tools and adjust feed, stroke, and cutting parameters.
• Machine large flat surfaces, steps, grooves, and other specified profiles.
• Read engineering drawings and maintain dimensional accuracy and tolerances.
• Inspect finished jobs using suitable measuring instruments.
• Follow safe work practices while handling heavy components and operating machinery.
• Perform routine machine checks and maintain workplace cleanliness.

Required Qualifications: ITI Machinist or relevant mechanical trade qualification.

Experience: 2-5 years of planer machine operating experience preferred.
