Role & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels, including job sits, referral, etc .
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR support and guidance.
• Handle employee relations issues, provide advice on HR policies and procedures, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development programs.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
• Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on change management strategies and facilitating communication between management and employees.
• Track HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Eligibility

• Qualification _MBA HR preferred
• Fresher can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
