Walk-in || Logistics And Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and track inbound and outbound deliveries, routes and transporter schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock movement, inventory checks and inter-warehouse transfers.
• Manage transporters, C&F agents and 3PL vendors; negotiate freight and monitor delivery performance.
• Keep invoices, e-way bills, challans and GRNs accurate and GST-compliant.
• Resolve delays, damages, shortages and mismatches with sales, warehouse and vendors.
• Monitor logistics costs against budget and escalate overspends.
• Maintain MIS reports on delivery time, vehicle usage and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with dealers and distributors so deliveries match demand.
• Ensure safety and compliance at warehouses and in transport; travel between sites as needed.
