About this role
- Represent the company or brief external panel advocates before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunals (MACT), Consumer Forums, and High Courts.
- Develop defense strategies, review legal pleadings, vet written statements, and evaluate liability and quantum in high-value claims
- Ensure timely compliance with tribunal orders and review claims files to maintain adequate financial reserve
- Participate actively in Lok Adalats, mediations, and conciliation proceedings for speedy out-of-court settlements
- Negotiate & compromise open cases, visiting court for evidence. (Locations: Chennai Pondicherry, Vellore, Krishnagiri, Hosur)
