Job Title: Legal Executive ( Contracts & Legal Operations)

Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Saki Vihar, Andheri East, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: MondayFriday

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage commercial contracts, sales agreements and NDAs.
• Assist in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Identify and escalate high-risk/non-standard clauses.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Manage e-signatures and contract repository.
• Support corporate legal documentation, compliance and legal research.

Desired Profile

• LLB from a recognized university.
• 3–4 years of experience in Contract Review / Legal Operations.
• IT/Software/SaaS/Technology company experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of commercial contracts, NDAs and corporate documentation.
• Strong drafting, communication and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of DocuSign/Adobe Sign preferred.
