Job Description: Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and define candidate selection criteria.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
• Guide and support recruiters, allocate hiring requirements, and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing efficiency, and hiring quality.
• Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Excel, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions, meet hiring deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
