Walk-in || Lead Hse Engineer

Position : Lead HSE (Safety)

Role & responsibilities

OHSE professional with 10 to 12 years of experience in Safety, Fire & Health management at sites ( O&M / construction/ installation/ commission sites etc )

• Min 4 to 10 years experience or more in Material handling system ie in conveyors, stacker reclaimer, rail loading system.
• Lead HSE team at site independently
• Interact & collaborate with customer on safety points
• Presentations skills in Joint safety council meetings with customer along with other companies in BPCL

1. Ensure compliances to Safety & Health policy , procedures & legal requirements.
2. Conduct Safety trainings.
3. Site Shift safety engineers/supervisor.
4. Monitoring of work permits
5. Identify unsafe condition / unsafe acts and monitor closures of observations
6. ISO management system with documentation and auditing skills
7. OSHE legal compliance and hygiene monitoring knowhow.
8. OSHE planning, auditing and reporting skills.
