Position: L1-Manager:

Should have experience into End-to-End accounting with Good Communication skills. Need to Assist client with month-end financial closing & should handle a team (3-4no of Business Accountants). Should have experience in tools: Quick Books

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Shift: EST Working Hours (Indian Night Shift 5:30pm to 2:30am)

Qualification: CA / EA / CMA / CPA background(Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US accounting for assigned clients

Strong hands-on expertise in QBO (Certification preferred)

• Payroll processing, AR/AP management, bookkeeping
• Month-end and year-end closing
• Finalizing financial statements
• Audit support and Income Tax assistance coordination
• Conduct and handle client meetings independently (US clients)
• Act as primary SPOC for client communication
• Manage a team of 3 to 5 bookkeepers
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and TAT
• Review work before submission to clients
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client-specific SOPs
• Identify process improvements and training needs

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Confident in client-facing discussions
• Ability to manage deadlines and escalations
• Experience handling SMB and enterprise-level clients
• Ability to work independently in night shift

Position: Senior Business Accountant

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Shift: EST Working Hours (Indian Night Shift 5:30pm to 2:30am)

Qualification: Bcom, MBA, Mcom, Semi Qualified (CA / EA / CMA / CPA) background

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily bookkeeping in QBO, Xero, or other accounting platforms.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Payroll entries, AR/AP processing, and month-end reconciliations
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements while adhering to SOPs.
• Coordinating with the L1 Manager for reporting and clarifications.
• Candidate Profile: Strong knowledge of QBO/Xero, high attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently in the night shift.
