Job Summary We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join our team as Key account manager for the Ecommerce process. In this role, you will manage seller accounts, resolve concerns efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts through calls, chats, and emails for the Flipkart process.
• Ensure high customer and seller satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Handle and manage account-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate call logs and case updates while strictly adhering to quality and productivity standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria Summary

• Education: Must be a Graduate (any stream) OR an MBA holder.
• Experience:
• Freshers: MBA freshers and eligible freshers can apply.
• Experienced: Candidates with at least 1 year of any experience OR a minimum of 6 months of formal sales experience on paper.
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hindi (V4 level required).
• Domain Knowledge: Must be aware of sales and calculation metrics.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts (9 working hours, including 8 productive hours and a 1-hour break).
• Working Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
• Note: On-the-job training will be provided; mandatory certification is required post-training.

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: 18,000 to 21,000 CTC per month
