  • Sales / Telecalling
  • Domestic Recruitment

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Graduates with a Medical / Life Sciences degree
  • B.Tech / Engineering graduates
  • Non-IT graduates

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

• Recruit candidates for US-based job opportunities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements
• Conduct initial candidate conversations and understand their career interests and availability
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Learn about US Staffing, recruitment processes, job markets, and different technologies/skill sets

SHIFT & WORK MODE

• US Time Zone – Night Shift
  • Work From Office – Mohali
  • Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts
