Position Details

• Role: Junior Phone Banking Associate / Officer Inbound Voice Process
• Location: Coimbatore
• Job Profile: Handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)
• Working Days: 6 days a week

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any graduate (2024/2025/2026 pass-outs preferred)
• Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Telugu and Kannada languages.
• Basic computer proficiency
• Customer-focused mindset
