Position Title: Junior Executive/Executive

Department: Policy servicing (Life Insurance)

Reporting to: Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager/Zonal Manager.

Location: Hyderabad DO, Begumpet.

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

1. Job Purpose

To support day-to-day Life Insurance operational activities by ensuring accurate processing of customer requests, policy servicing transactions, and business operations within defined Turnaround Times (TAT). The role requires strict adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, compliance requirements, and documentation standards while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Key Responsibilities

Operations & Processing

• Process policy servicing requests and operational transactions with high accuracy.
• Adhere to defined operational procedures and company guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within prescribed TATs.

Customer & Branch Support

• Address customer and branch queries effectively.
• Handle complaint resolution and grievance management in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain quality standards in all operational activities.
• Ensure adherence to AML/KYC norms and company compliance requirements.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Documentation & Record Management

• Verify and maintain required documents as per process requirements.
• Ensure proper record keeping and data accuracy.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Processing Accuracy
• Ensure 100% accuracy in processing policy servicing, payouts and other operational activities.
• Complete all assigned transactions within stipulated TATs.
• Achieve productivity and business processing targets as per defined parameters.
• Maintain process quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management

5. Educational Qualification

• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (Preference: B. Com / B. A / BBA / B.Sc. / MCA / MBA). Proficiency in English, Hindi and regional languages preferred.

6. Experience

• 0 to 1 years of experience in Life Insurance Operations, Policy Administration, Customer Service or related functions.

7. Working Conditions

• Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays (as per business requirement).
• Work from office
• Desktop/laptop, and CRM system provided by company.
