Job Title: Junior Analyst- AR Caller (Fresher)

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on insurance claims and resolve unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims.
• Review EOBs, ERAs, and patient account details to identify and address claim issues.
• Ensure timely claim resolution through effective payer follow-up and documentation.
• Track and manage accounts requiring future follow-up.

Requirements:

• Freshers with strong communication skills.
• Must be a graduate .
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work night shifts from the Hyderabad office.
• Must be willing to sign a 2-year service agreement.
• Willing to join immediately.

Note: B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma,MCA, and MBA graduates are not eligible

Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
