Key Responsibilities

Follow up on insurance claims and resolve unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims.
Review EOBs, ERAs, and patient account information to identify claim issues.
Coordinate with insurance payers to ensure timely claim resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up records.
Manage accounts that require future follow-up and action.

Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates only
Strong verbal communication skills are mandatory
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willing to work night shifts from the Hyderabad office
Ready to sign a 2-year service agreement
Immediate joiners preferred

B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma, MCA, and MBA graduates
