• Handle day-to-day site accounting activities.
• Maintain petty cash, cash book, bills, vouchers, and invoices.
• Make accounting entries in Tally.
• Maintain Excel reports and daily expense records.
• Verify bills and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of site expenses.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and site team.
• Assist in preparing daily and monthly accounting reports.

Education & Requirements

• B.Com (Mandatory).
• M.Com or additional accounting qualification preferred.
• Experience in site accounting or construction accounting preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST basics, petty cash, bills, vouchers, and data maintenance.
• Comfortable working at a project site.
