Job Summary

We are seeking a Jr. Executive – ERP to manage day-to-day ERP operations, maintain data accuracy, support users, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth system functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ERP transactions and maintain master data accurately.
• Monitor ERP activities across Purchase, Sales, Production, Stores, Inventory, Dispatch, and Accounts.
• Provide first-level user support and resolve routine ERP issues.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors/consultants for technical support and enhancements.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain Excel-based data and reports.
• Support manufacturing processes including BOM, Production, Material Consumption, Stock Movement, and Job Work.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and ensure process compliance.
• Assist with ERP testing, UAT, upgrades, and process improvements.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Com, BBA, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ERP support/operations, MIS, or application support.
• Manufacturing/engineering experience will be preferred.
