Walk-in || Jr. Group Leader & Group Leader: Bioanalytical Research

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day activities of Analysts in Bioanalytical Research.
• Drive bioanalytical method development, optimization, and troubleshooting using LC-MS/MS.
• Plan project activities, ensure effective equipment utilization, and monitor study progress.
• Review analytical data, method books, raw data, SOPs, study plans, and validation documents.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, safety, quality systems, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, deviations, investigations, and technical queries.
• Train, guide, and develop Analysts while managing team performance, attendance, and employee concerns.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Qualification : B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.sc
• Experience : 6 Years To 12 Years
