Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to support our BPO hiring requirements from Health care domain. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 2 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for volume hiring. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Ensure a positive candidates experience and timely communication.
• Support bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Assist in offering rollout and pre-joining engagement activities.
• Meet daily and weekly hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO/ITES hiring, preferably Health care BPO
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
