9JOBS is a job application service company supporting clients across Australia. We are hiring 2 Job Application Executives to assist clients with job applications and provide regular updates.

Role & Responsibilities

• Search and apply for suitable jobs on behalf of clients.
• Manage applications across different job portals.
• Maintain daily job application records in MS Excel.
• Communicate professionally with Australian clients.
• Provide regular updates and handle basic client queries.
• Maintain accurate client and application data.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Comfortable using job portals, email, and internet research.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Must have a personal laptop
• Freshers with good English and computer skills can also apply.
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
