Walk-in || Jewellery Store Manager/Senior Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :

* Drive showroom sales by engaging with customers and understanding their requirements.

* Actively prospect new clients through referrals, social media, and local networking events.

* Maintain contact with past customers to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.

* Present jewellery collections effectively, highlighting product features and value.

* Call customers to invite them to the store for new collections, promotions, and events.

* Conduct follow-ups with clients after purchases or visits to build long-term relationships.

* Conduct inside sales by reaching out to leads via phone, email, or CRM tools.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to encourage repeat business.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

* Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

* Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for promotions, events, and loyalty programs.

* Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

* Stay updated on jewellery trends, designs, and competitor offerings.

* Train and guide junior sales staff when required.
