Role & responsibilities

Lead Java/Spring Boot application development and Microservices architecture.
Integrate AI/ML solutions including LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI capabilities.
Design scalable cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure/GCP.
Mentor development teams and drive best coding practices.
Manage API development, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.
Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and cloud technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
2+ years of Technical Lead experience.
Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Spring AI, or OpenAI integration.
Hands-on AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Strong expertise in REST APIs, cloud-native architecture, and system design.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
Preferred: Kafka, Vector Databases, Python, and AI/ML certifications.
