Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Strong hands-on experience in Java development using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
• Strong development experience in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure application performance and scalability
•  Experience in integrating frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
