Walk-in || Java Production support

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Java applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve application defects and improve overall system performance.
  
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on complex technical issues, identifying solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  
• Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to document resolutions and best practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in Java Application Support or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of Java programming language, including Spring framework, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices architecture.
  
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL; NoSQL databases like MongoDB an added advantage.
