Role & responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java Full Stack Developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to define technical solutions.
• Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure best practices.
• Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Perform performance tuning and application optimization.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
• Support cloud-native application development and migrations.
