1. Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice) Nerul

• Handle student queries through chat platforms and digital communication channels.
• Follow up with leads and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student communication.

2. Counselor / Sales Executive – Nerul & Kharghar

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

3. Program Coordinator – Kharghar

• Coordinate with students, faculty, and internal teams.
• Manage academic and administrative activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of department operations.

4. Outreach / Business Development Executive – Nerul & Kharghar

• Generate and manage leads through outreach activities.
• Build relationships with students, institutions, and partners.
• Support admission and marketing initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:
Freshers & Experienced Candidates both can apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with ability to work independently
