Walk-in || It Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals • Install and update operating systems (Windows) and standard office software • Diagnose and fix hardware faults (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, power supply, display, etc.) • Assist with LAN setup: cabling, crimping, patch panels, switches and Wi-Fi access points • Troubleshoot basic network issues (IP configuration, DNS, connectivity, slow internet) • Support users with email, Google Workspace accounts and password resets • Log, track and resolve IT support tickets within agreed timelines • Maintain the IT asset inventory (laptops, systems, accessories, licenses) • Prepare and hand over systems for new joiners, and collect them from exiting employees • Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for repairs, replacements and connectivity issues • Follow basic IT security practices (antivirus, updates, access control)
