JD for IT Support Executive

• Manage the in-house IT setup including Server/Desktop/Laptop and Network Equipments
• Log and manage IT support requests with ticketing tool
• Attend user issues either directly, via phone, Email or Remote Support
• Expert in Installing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux OS
• Familiar in Ms Office and Adobe applications
• Maintain up to date antivirus in the entire network
• Updating Windows, Linux and network device patches regularly.
• Maintain IT asset inventory
• Active Directory User & Workstation maintenance
• Update Group Policies as per audit requirement
• Maintain IT audit & Technical documents (ISO 27001 & SOC)
• Knowledge in M365 account maintenance, mail security and troubleshooting.

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma / Degree holder
• Certification in Microsoft, Linux or Cisco
• 2 + years of experience working in similar IT support environment (Mandatory)
• Having knowledge in cloud infrastructure would be advantageous (AWS)
• Decent communication skill

Work Conditions:

• Rotational Shifts (Day / Night)
