Role Overview:

Concentrix is hiring experienced IT Inside Sales & Lead Generation professionals with strong B2B sales and prospecting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct cold calling, prospecting and follow-ups.
• Identify decision-makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Promote IT, Cloud, Software/SaaS solutions.
• Manage leads and activities through CRM.
• Schedule meetings and ensure smooth lead handover to sales teams.
• Achieve lead generation, meeting and productivity targets.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / IT Sales / Business Development.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Sales & Lead Generation.
• IT/Software/SaaS/Cloud sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure or Oracle is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, prospecting and follow-up skills.
• Graduation mandatory; BCA/B.Tech/MCA preferred.
