Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 0 - 3 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office 5 Days a Week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Work towards recruitment targets and timely closures.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
