• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with exposure of Contract and Contract to Hire and Fulltime roles
• Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
• Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelors degree in human resources, IT, or related field.
• Understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in technical recruiting.
