Walk-in || It Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment, and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong experience in IT sourcing and recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills Mandatory.
• Strong candidate interaction and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Good knowledge of IT roles and recruitment processes.
• Candidates must be willing to work from office at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
