Role & responsibilities

• Looking for an individual contributor role.
• Good understanding on end to end recruitment process.
• Ability to understand the job description and source profiles as per the requirements.
• Need to involve from sourcing the profiles in portal to onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 06months to 3years of experience is required in IT recruitments.
• Looking for enthusiastic and aggressive resource.
• Need good knowledge in IT Technologies.
• Prior work experience in Contract to hire requirements.
• Ability to work on bulk requirements.
• Should work in a target oriented environment.
• Street -smart and able to deliver in a day to day challenging environment
• Good negotiation skills
• Good Communication skills required
