Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles (developers, engineers, data analysts, etc.).
• Job Posting: Collaborate with the HR team to post job openings on relevant job portals, social media, and internal systems.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms, to proactively source high-quality IT candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
• Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
