Posting job on the job portals as well as sourcing CVs from various job portals and social networking sites according to the requirement of the clients.

Shortlisting the candidates according to the requirement and scheduling interview of those candidates with clients.

Taking feedback from the clients and accordingly giving feedback to the candidates.

Carrying out a proper hand holding cycle of the candidate till the joining date.

Attending monthly review meeting and making a presentation on the closures and revenue generated a month.

Handling all levels of Recruiting for Engineering and IT services.

Responsible for individual as well as team targets.

Experience in organizing and conducting walk-ins and handling the entire recruitment activities. Preparing daily as well as weekly tracker and updating. Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview, selection and On boarding
