Walk-in || It Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong technical hiring expertise to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for various IT technologies. The candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment activities and working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source qualified IT professionals through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Conduct initial technical discussions and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple IT skill requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Teams, and Clients to ensure timely closures.
