Walk-in || It Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical recruitment.
• Experience in sourcing Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, or similar profiles.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.

Preferred: Experience in IT staffing, recruitment consultancy, or corporate recruitment
