Job Description:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates.
• Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn IT recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
