• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & other sourcing portals
• Strong sourcing & screening skills
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Immediate / Short Notice candidates preferred
