Walk-in || IT Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing and screening candidates for various IT roles and be comfortable working with Naukri and other recruitment portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and communication.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and closure targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills:

• 13 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri is preferred.
• Good understanding of IT skills and job roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
