Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
• Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
