Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specializing in both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and permanent staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions across various domains while managing client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for C2H and permanent roles
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral fit
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Negotiate salary and ensure smooth offer rollouts and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires

Required Skills:

• Experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and permanent staffing
• Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good understanding of IT and/or Non-IT roles (depending on requirement)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
