We are currently hiring for the position of IT Recruiter for our Hyderabad location.

Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 6 months to 1.6 years
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time
CTC: Based on your previous CTC and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate technical/HR interviews.
• Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, and offer coordination.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate closure.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the notice period and joining process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Meet hiring targets and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Required Skills:

• 6 months to 1.6 years of experience in IT recruitment/end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and candidate screening.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates willing to work from Hyderabad are preferred.
